The shifter on the floor is just a switch as well, all it does is activate the same solenoid. You need to activate and run the 4 wheel drive system at least once a month to keep everything working.

I am about as stoked as a body can get for the game Saturday (gonna take forever to get here)

UVA will probably be worse just because Maryland's one player is experienced. It's Maryland then UVA for me and they both suck.
